Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance
The use of apzaar Internet service ("apzaar") requires the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions ("ToC"). By clicking 'Accept and create' the User accepts the ToC and creates a new user account.

2. User information and privacy
In order to create a new user account, the User has to enter a valid username, password and Email address. When the User enters an Internet service that has been registered to apzaar, the username of the User can be requested by this service (single-sign-on procedure); all the other user information will remain secret. When the User shares information using Email, the recipient will receive the Email address of the User as the 'reply-to' address of the message. Otherwise, Apzaar does not disclose any user information to third parties, and the password of the User is stored only in an encoded format. The User is responsible for storing the password in a secure manner, and not disclosing it to third parties. If the User wishes to remove the user account, she/he should contact admin (at) apzaar.com.

3. Content in apzaar
Each individual Internet service linked to apzaar is always responsible for all the content within the service; in no conditions shall apzaar be responsible for the content. The content must not violate the law, or violate the rights of other people; the latter includes but is not limited to copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. Apzaar reserves the right to remove an Internet service from apzaar if the service is believed to violate these rules. If the User notices any content in apzaar that she/he believes violates these rules, or that she/he otherwise finds inappropriate, we advice to contact admin (at) apzaar.com.

4. Sharing with apzaar
Apzaar enables users to share interesting Internet services with other users, using Email and social networking services. As this requires interfacing with third-party software and services, apzaar is neither responsible for the success of the sharing activity, nor for the correctness of the shared information. Apzaar may only share information on the User's behalf on a social networking service if the User has specifically approved apzaar to do so.

5. Other user activity
The User must not perform any activities that may compromise the operation or functionality of apzaar: These include A) further selling, leasing, licensing or otherwise re-distributing any part of apzaar. B) Injecting or trying to inject any viruses, Trojan horses, worms or similar malware to apzaar. C) Modifying, re-engineering or performing similar activity on any part of the apzaar program code.

6. Modifying ToC
Apzaar reserves the rights to update or modify these ToC per need.

7. Limitation of liability
THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance
The use of apzaar Internet service ("apzaar") requires the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions ("ToC"). By clicking 'Accept and add' the person authorized to represent an Internet service ("Site Owner") accepts the ToC and adds the Internet service to apzaar.

2. Site information and privacy
In order to add a new Internet service to apzaar, the Site Owner has to enter the site URL and a valid Email address. The Email address is only used in correspondence between apzaar and the Site Owner, and is not disclosed to third parties. The Site Owner is responsible for the correctness of the provided information. As part of the registration process, the Site Owner will receive a unique site identification code; the Site Owner is responsible for storing this code in a secure manner, and not disclosing it to third parties. If the Site Owner wishes to remove the Internet service from apzaar, she/he should contact admin (at) apzaar.com.

3. Content of the Internet service
The Site Owner is always responsible for all the content of the Internet service linked to apzaar; in no conditions shall apzaar be responsible for the content.
